Disappearing Menus and Buttons/Graphics

after I go into the photo section the DHTML menus have completely disappeared when I come back. I can't get them to re-appear without quitting the browser and re-opening it. Also, most of the buttons (New Thread, etc) are also gone. edit: I just discovered it's all the graphics are gone - avatars, etc.

This is on both IE and Netscape on Windows XP.

I've never gone into the photos section before so I don't know if this is a new problem or not.
