Spike TV goes behind the velvet rope and past the burly bouncers at the one of Las Vegas' hottest nightclubs to present a 10-episode series, "The Club," premiering Tuesday, October 12 (10:00-11:00pm ET/PT). The one-hour series chronicles all the trials and tribulations that go into running a nightclub as it undergoes a makeover to compete with the gaming hotels on the Vegas Strip.

"The Club" creator and executive producer, Ben Silverman ("The Restaurant," "Blowout," "Nashville Star") and his production company, Reveille, have joined forces once again with Robert Riesenberg, President and CEO of Full Circle Entertainment, a unit of Omnicom Media Group. Mr. Riesenberg will also serve as executive producer.

On the eve of the first anniversary, the only stand-alone night club in Las Vegas, ICE is getting a new look. ICE Founder and CEO Ed Williams, is reinventing his club with new faces and a new sound. From the stirring music of world renowned DJ Paul Oakenfold, to the dancers to the new Hollywood hot shot promoter, Allison Melnick, "The Club" will follow the pressures and demands the people behind the party face in making ICE the ultimate nightlife experience. From the bachelor and bachelorette parties to the celebrity stop- bys, cameras will be ever-present as ICE's guests revel in the excess and put the club's new changes to the test.

"The Club" is produced for Spike TV by Reveille and Full Circle Entertainment. Ben Silverman, Robert Riesenberg, and Kevin Dill serve as executive producers along with co-executive producers Mark Koops, Tracy Dorsey and H.T. Owens.

It is one of the better clubs here in Vegas, you can actaully hear some *gasp* good music here from time to time when someone good is in town. Plus the ice-blaster is cool, especially when you are "disoriented"...

they were originally supposed to do this show when they were building body english - the bid was between ice and there . . . but the producers immediately tried to stir up so much controversy, that they decided it would be better off to not do it before the grand opening of the venue . . . they wanted the cameras to follow the staff 24/7 and all indiscretions would have made their way on tv ;) i havent seen this show yet, but hopefully it will be relatively juicy :D
