REcent vinyls I've been playing and/or bought.
Some old some new.
Rev- KomaMondoMiya EP- (Not sure how old this is but it doesnt matter...I've been going through my records and this shit has some great sounds and the record just grooves- All I remembe is I got it at Satellite when Satellite was good)
Fex - Lohand- (I like both sides, Castelli and Sattva Remix)
Soul Syndrome- Flameballs- (Gemo and Fabrice are awesome- so unique thats all I can really say.)
Toe Jam- Toe Jam- (Both sides fuckin rock- on a sublabel of
Subliminal- Oh and for anyone who is into techno you'd really like the cover)
Bear Who- Baja Swing EP- (Really feeling the bonus swing mix on the flip)
Eric Entrena- Let the Music Move You- (Big Room Mover, would sound great in a Calderone set at Crobar, it's that type of track)
LoSoul- Open Door- (Picked this up at Halcyon a while back, very minimal but has a groove that continues to pick up as the record plays out...could see Hawtin puttin it in one of his sets)
David Duriez- I Sure Do Like EP- (I dont know what this guy is on...but his shit never fails to floor me- very few of his records that I listen to dissapoint me. I dont even know how to describe this record...just the sounds he uses and how the song just keeps adding new sounds throughout the whole track is excellent)
Blakkat- Ya'll Trippin- (I really like this record...I mean there isnt much to it but it's a fun record that has some funny shit said in it thats been said in records before..but this one just does it in a different way, listen to it and you'll know what I mean)
David K- Yo Chicago- (The kick in this record is incredible and I see someone like Doc Martin or DJ Sneak throwin it down in a set, needs to be listened to loud!)
Brett Johnson- It's the Underground- (Holy fuckin shit- One of those techno records that you'd hear Danny play on one of those nights he goes nuts..I could see Carl Cox playing it when he comes to town, I bet he's been rocking it. How it picks up and stops and those fucking electro sounds are silly.
Psychofuk- Well this ones not on vinyl but I'm still playing it alot lately. Cant believe my friend got a vinyl copy recently. Bastard.
