Going to be out there for a wedding and would love to check out a good, non-pretentious club Friday night, maybe with a good dj? Any suggestions?

unfortunately there's not a whole lot going on that night.

3rd of the month: Basic at King King (House/Tech House)

Last friday of the month: Mixture at King King (techno/minimal techno/house) <------shameless plug for my own night, lol.

however, i might suggest Free Thinking, they have some decent locals playing house and it's free, great huge space, with a nice outdoor patio and strong drinks. Located at Boardner's in Hollywood.
