What other bands are the peeps in Postal Service involved in? I know one of the girls is from Rilo Kiley, but I remember hearing that PS was a side project for all of them.
Loving the album and just wondering where all there other energy has been recorded.

Postal Service is really only two people(there are three others that appear on the album though): Ben Gibbard and Jimmy Tamborello. Ben Gibbard is the main person in Death Cab For Cutie.
*edit - addy beat me to it

LOVE the Postal Service! :D
Sai, the girl you're thinking of is Jenny Lewis, who is the lead singer of Rilo Kiley (and was also in the movie Troop Beverly Hills  ).

OMG She WAS!!!
I saw rilo kiley a couple months ago in Hoboken and they were great- she's got a delicious voice and is cute enough to make a straight mind wander. :nice:

oddly enough, i am listening to the record as we speak. it has fought off every other CD that has tried to make it into my player at work this week, and put itself on repeat. i have yet to get sick of it.
oh and the john tejada mix of 'such great heights' is $$$$

it's sort of electronicy / 80s-ish pop music. it's really good though.

I love this album.
This is what pop music should be.
If you like the electronic part of this definitely check out Dntel. The Ballad of Evan and Chan is one of my favorite tracks ever.
