Tim Xavier [Chicago - NYC]:
Over the last 12 years Tim has gone from supporting early sounds of acid house and techno at U.S. raves to an international career. Tim is highly regarded as a producer and has releases on influential underground labels such as Contaminated & Blueline. Tim has also begun managing and operating his own label 773 Techno "Chicago Division." Tim will be bringing his early industrial and Detroit Techno influences to the dance floor for his Philadelphia debut.

Tim Xavier has accomplished more in a brief period of time in the dance industry than some have accomplished in there whole career. In just ten years, Tim has gone from supporting early sounds of acid house and techno at U.S. raves, to djing globaly, and now producing his own techno sounds that are played at dance events worldwide. His moniker 'turbo' stems from his lighting fast and solid mixing abilities behind the decks, not to mention the ability to conceive a track in a matter of minutes.

Early industrial and Detroit techno were my first strong influences, says Tim, 'and I started taking these elements and giving them new life to make a more evolved form of music.'

Tim Xavier quickly became addicted to the production arts, advancing his skills at a lighting pace that soon gained him a large catalogue of 12' releases. Signing his first 4-track EP to Teknotik Records (with Andrei Morant) gave Tim the momentum needed to take his work onto various other labels abroad. Other U.S. imprints to follow Teknotik's lead with Chicago's Blueline, Contaminated Music, and Dietrich Schoenemman's Remains Label out of NYC. Carl Cox and Dave Clarke are known to have charted and played 'Xavier' tracks on BBC radio London.

Currently Tim is working on projects for Jean-Michel's Default and Ascend recordings. On top of the growing list of affiliations, Tim has also begun managing and operating his own label 773tekno 'Chicago Division' with the mission to independently release and represent his particular techno sound.

With his signature production and extraordinary dj skills, Tim Xavier has firmly rooted his place in the dance industry as one of the top artists to watch in the years to come.
