1) Promotional info belong in the upcoming events, I now know ohpleasedontbanme. However, if I want to hype some shit up, let's say, show some pictures of the venues or something without event information, is that ok in rhythmism or does that have to go into UE as well?

2) Can I link to the promo thread in UE in any way, shape or form in Rhythmism, ohpleasedontbanme? Or is that pprohibited in any way, shape or form, (ie. other people asking).
