Miami recommendations??

I am going to Miami for the weekend in May with my college girls. I KNOW ya'll have some rec's for me. Restaurants? Lounges? Clubs?

Unfortunately, these girls probably could not handle somewhere like Space, though I am sure they would dig Bed. They are more of the drinking and lounging type, top 40 hits. Any suggestions on places that will be tolerable to both them and me (I am not a top-40 type). Lounges perhaps? No cheese please.

Have heard of it, my roommate (who is seems to fit their description as well, except he is a guy) went to this place. It's more of a 'be seen' upscale place, they'd probably go for it. Someone famous owns it, forget who??

There's also a cheesy latin-themed place right on Ocean Drive. You can't miss it. Um, maybe Level (if it's still there), and defintiely Opium Garden, have heard venue-wise, it's a great spot (again, if it's still there)...haven't been to Miami in a while...
