Wow!
That's the Mini E.P. From the Full Length "Le Chimp Atomique".

Rare ass shit. Has not left my secondary box. When I play avant hard techno.

Recently:

Techno: Luke Slater-Atomic Funkster LP. It's like 2 or more years old.

House-Tech-House: Primitive #1.-Like 6 years old. Still kills.

A new fave that I've spun at all gigs since getting it:

Luomo "Tessio" [both the original and Akufen mixes - bennett this would be very nice paired with Random Factro's "point to point" mixes of Maetrik's "Freaky Flow", but my copy of that record is lost  )

Two older faves that sruvived my loss that I am rarely without:

Choc Electrique "Sahdows [Part II]" (Invincis).

This is style, and this is class! Illinton's "Shadow Warrior Dub" is deep, minor key, chugging tech house number that is electrifying - a beautiful record to transition from deeper stuff into your bass line heavy beats, just after they start bobbing their heads :D Phillipe Lussan's "Mahogany Dub" is a light tribal ditty with beautiful live percussion and emotive symbol pings - breathtaking.

Peter Hecher "The Late Night Sessions" (Penetrate)

Peter's track "Digital Analogue Funk" is the record that changed me from a soulful house DJ to a tech house DJ. And after hearing it on a random mix, I sought it out, and e-mailed Peter, who is so goddamn cool that he said, "Well I got a few boxes of it in my apartment so I'd be glad to mail you a copy." With it came to other dope rekkids - phatness! It's a little bit of funk, a little bit of tech, a touch of disco, a slice of the future, and a record that never ever fails to make at least one person dance. When I am so fucked that I can't even work the controls, I just toss that one on and it takes care of everything.

its like......
cha cunk cha, cha cunk cha, dun da dun dun da,
dun da dun dun da, dun da dun dun da......
IMHO one of the greatest tracks ever laid to vinyl.
i just purchased my 3rd copy of it a few days ago at A1 records since i bring it with hard techno mello techno electro house or whatever and i have worn thru more than one copy. also i pick it up whenever i see it at a record store 'cause it a record i like to gift to other djs.

if you've ever heard me play, you heard BC09 mixed in. give me three tables and this can sit on one table for the entire set in and out all night nomatter what tempo or style playing. i also blindly overplay the follow records:

aril brikha: art of vengance EP

steve bug: loverboy (off his first album) & also his track on the coocoon red sixpack

found joey beltram nu groove 06 at A1 a little while ago, $10.....holy sh:t !! written in 1992 but still pertanent today. hasn't let my record bag yet.

anthony rother: don't stop the beat

chain reaction: scion: emerge i trainspotted this one like a rabid dog when i heard it: i generally think its rude to ask to see a record but i had heard the track a few times before and it blew me away. changed my thinking about what a record could be; but was never able to learn much about it before. so i asked about it and said how much i loved the track and the dj was like "cool, thank you, thats my track i wrote it" and he gifted it to me on the spot when it was done playing. always in my bag.

tikiman: acting crazy
really early in the night or really late when its just you the bartender and the soundsystem, this gets played.
