People!
Mosey on Down to Denizen Lounge this Friday May 21st as Beverly Chills hosts another hotheaded fluid funk-infused underground house music gathering, featuring a generous staff (straight from northern Italy), delicious food (appetizers are available all night long) and some of the freshest and funkiest music in the city. As usual we will be laying down everything from tripped out Rhodes keys to fat undulating basslines guaranteed to make you shake it.
Join the Mothership, and let our West Coast sun soaked rhythms move your body all night long.
Mixatheque @ Denizen Lounge
MAY 21, 2004
73 Thompson, between Spring and Broome (Subway: C & E to Spring St.)
www.denizenlounge.com
Complimentary Drinks between 10:00 and 12:00 for those with a flyer (limited to one drink per person)
Flyers Available @ Satellite Records, Dance Tracks, and strewn all over this quaint Caribbean hamlet we call NYC
And….For all of you who don't know who we are, here's the deal:
The Beverly Chills style is much in the vein of west coast artists such as Dizzy, Miguel Migs, Demarkus Lewis, Doc Martin and Johnny Fiasco. We have also been greatly influenced over the years by such East Coast natives as Joeski and Onionz. Originally from France, we also share much of the Gallic Funk found on labels such as Brique Rouge.
We will be rocking out some sneak peeks of our new productions, and giving out free CD's (merchandise is HOT!)
Stay Funky, and support the return of house music to NYC!
