Why House Music Awards?
House Music is multi-media, multi-cultural and multi-generational. It plays an essential part in our lives – be it for creative expression, an escape at the weekend or just a release on the long drive home. For many years it has owed its survival to the specialist clubs, magazines, internet sites and radio networks across the globe that have championed the sound.

It is now time for all supporters of house music to declare their appreciation - and have their voice heard. It is now time to put the music and its makers firmly on the map.

The House Music Awards exist to recognise and celebrate the creators and innovators of house music - those who keep the music alive and in the hearts of people worldwide. Unlike other awards, House Music Awards do not choose the nominees - that is up to you.
