And we're back....Coco Machete Records presents "A Night Called Thatch" next Friday Aug 6 at the Sullivan Room. If you stayed late last time you know the goods we're delivered in tact by Pal Joey straight to daylight. It was all about Marvin Gaye, Grace Jones and a little Trans Europe Express. It Seemed the slower the music got the harder everyone grooved. Next week we welcome the boys from "The Glass" Dominique and DJ Wool who did one of our favorite re-rubs to date on the label, a remix for "Freak Huh ?" by D' Boldiss. All musical rules again will be thrown in the trash, expect the unexpected. Get down for the get down.
