Not sure why cute girls love dubstep, but I'm not complaining.

I'll send skrillex your regards.

One of the better weekends of my life.

Hopefully BP has more involvement next year with the bookings.

Excellent and poignant observation.

The poker tourney winner playing "records" at 6:30am in the cafeteria with a cracked out A-Trak was entertaining. (pssst, I'm in this video for a brief moment )

Thanks Skrillex, you da man.

Don't care for Aoki's music so much, but the dude knows how to party. I appreciate this.

Fat Boy Slim may be not so good anymore, but bouncing in the water while he's playing is just fine.

BTW, fuck the Skrillex hate. The kid really is just having fun with it.

Very accessible and an extremely nice and genuine dude. He's as surprised by his own success as his detractors are.

Dr. Gonzoed = BMC ?????

For reals though, I don't think anyone is concerned with whether the guy is a nice dude or not. If the guy himself is shocked at his success then that tells you something about what he thinks of the quality of the music he's creating.

being shocked at success and quality of product created are not mutually exclusive. many people create things and believe they've finished something great in their own minds...but never imagined the scope of its reach. shit, i'd go and say the best things made are by creators who don't think about how large they're going to be...but rather just the task at hand.

Ok professor, but we're not talking about anyone here, we're talking about skrillex. Have you heard any of his shit? C'mon bro. The guy is smart, of course he's surprised that these monotonous emotionally vapid tracks are so popular with anyone.

Oh and LOL at the MTV style editing and shot selection on this promo vid.

I thought about it for a minute and then I was all like... NAAAAHHHH that's not it. It's because he knows that his music sucks.

How could he not?
Seriously.

Why would you watch other clips after watching the travesty that was that first Jersey Shore style clip of bottles and sand and suckitude?
