Or if a remember correctly, they have some bottle service couches/seats next to the railings. So maybe he stood on them and lost his balance due to being under the influence of multiple substances. Don't asians like to do a lot of k in these clubs? K can def affect depth and spatial perception and of course, judgement (this theory may be reaching).

insurance usually covers negligence of employees (usually how accidents happen anyway) and negligent supervision.

if it were me, i would first submit the suit to the security company's insurance (because i would have made them add me as an additional insured) and have them deal with it.

again though this assumes they have a proper policy, which *some* places are known to skimp on because premiums are expensive. in that case, if they have some sketch policy from a fly-by-night carrier, then i'd be more concerned.

asians, especially koreans, get mad wasted in clubs too... never in my life have i seen so many people straight up carried out unable to walk on their own as i did working the door at happy valley when they did the korean party on the other floor

this story is so full of holes. for all you know the kid was a drug dealer with one of the local korean gangs and walked into the in house dealer's turf and got beaten by the security that are on the take by this in house dealer.
