I think it's ok when the owner is a moron (like Dolan), and will never sell the team (like Dolan). Nothing good will come out of his ownership, unless they get lucky and bottom out and land a franchise changing LeBron / Jordan type of player in the draft, which probably isn't going to happen anytime soon.
