Gabriel & Dresden are quickly becoming the hottest remix/production teams in dance music in America. With over half a dozen #1 Billboard Dance chart hits as well as one international pop hit with “As The Rush Comes” by Motorcycle (their collaborative project with vocalist Jes) to their credit, Josh Gabriel and Dave Dresden boast one of the most impressive resumes in contemporary dance music. Britney Spears, Sarah McLachlan, New Order, Annie Lennox, Jewel, Duncan Sheik, Depeche Mode, Evanescence and Dido are just part of a shortlist of major artists that have received the Gabriel & Dresden remix/production treatment.

On September 7, Nettwerk America will release their debut album Bloom, a double-disc mix album that intends to stand the test of time. For it the pair chose a handful of tracks by other artists they felt passionate about (Sarah McLachlan, Junkie XL, Dido, Lily Hayden), as well as select gems from their own catalog (“Lament,” “Dub Horizon,” “Alive” [Gabriel only]). Then, using those cuts as pivotal points, they round the program out with new original compositions, encompassing all aspects of production in electronic music which makes Bloom much more than a traditional mix.

“These guys are certainly the men of the moment. Their production is second to none.” -- M8

“…America’s most in-demand re-mix team…” -- DJ Times

Check out their cover story at http://www.djtimes.com/issues/2004/0...ex_07_2004.htm

“High performance…” -- BPM

“…when we say you haven’t heard them yet, it’s about time you do.” -- Loft

Winner – ‘Best Breakthrough DJ,’ 2004 DanceStar USA Award
