they have by far the most responsive and helpful customer service i've come across. i ordered some stuff at 7:15 last night and they shipped it about an hour later. their selection is somewhat limited but they usually have daily stock updates. also, their real-time inventory shows exactly how many copies of a particular record they have in stock. which is great. none of that not getting records which appear to be in stock.
