eh, waste of a trade. Suggs is not the long term solution, and they're not a mediocre rb away from competing for the championship. Straight is not a bad player either. Would have been better off letting houston and blaylock get out thgere, see if we have anything between the 2. Whatevers!

yea boyee. Easy win today. Does anyone remember when the pack would lose like 2 games in a 4 year stretch at home. I mean I'm not talkin about the 60s here, just a couple of years ago. They are shambled beyond belief. I'll take it though. Good game to sharpen the O up a bit, smooth is out around the edges. The multiheaded running game is lookin pretty solid, and chad was in form today. I think they can easily go 2-2 and back door in at 9-7. 3-1 will clinch it I would imagine. Can't believe Mangini has them where they are this year, truely one of the bigger surprises in the NFL this year. That's the beauty of the NFL parity I guess...

PS: Put a fork in the gints, they are done. Expect a mega implosion after this one. They actually played pretty well, ELI included. Just got beat...

Unbelievable run by Brandon Marshall to tie the game for the Broncos
A loss by Denver would make 5 teams tied at 7-5 for both AFC wild card spots - including the Jets.
Part of me has been rooting for Jay Cutler in his first NFL start though.

Wow, where'd you get that info from?

Just looking at the standings
The top teams not leading their respective divisions are: Jets, Bengals, Jaguars, Chiefs, all with 7-5 records, and now Broncos join them.
I don't know about the tiebreakers though

the Jets have really made this season exciting and i cant wait to see them make a solid run into the playoffs -- i think Mangini can get them to the AFC Championship game. He is an incredible coach and has this team focused, working hard, and under control

remember they should be 8-4 due to that bad call at the end of the cleveland game plus they came within 90 seconds of beating the colts when they marched down the field and scored a TD in the final minutes to take the lead --- there defense has really come alive in the 2nd half of the season

the defense is letting up an avg of only 13 points a game in the last 5 games and thats against the bears along with GB and NE both on the road, it wouldnt get any better than beating the Pats and Belichick in the playoffs --

I REALLY BELIEVE THIS IS A POSSIBILITY Mangini has done an awseome job. We just gotta get through this last stretch. Once the playoffs come records aren't gonna matter. I think Mangini is crafty enough to figure out how to beat any team. If we execute like we did yesterday its on!

Don't you have a Yankee assessment you have to be completely wrong about?

Terrific job against the Vikings, especially bouncing back from the early mishaps
They clinched a .500 record for the season, and for the moment, will be tied with at least the Jaguars in the wild card standings.
Great kicking by Nugent

Thanks to the Colts for pulling the Bengals back even with the Jets

the AFC wild card race is quite tight
Jets now in a 4-way tie at 8-6 with the Bengals, Jags, and Broncos
There are also 4 teams at 7-7, one of which could sneak in
