this thing better have a decent battery. opps, cant call anyone, been listening to too much music...

the answer to your question lies above.

They say 12.5 hours, but I'd like to see some real world testing on that. The laptops Dell sold us for 3 large a pop also claimed 4 hour running time when in fact, with all the gadgetry taxing the system, they only get 2 (2:02 to be exact) on full charge.

Edit: Its kind of like the difference between Crank horsepower and Wheel horsepower. The first is great for marketing, the second is what you actually drive.
