Born in Saginaw, Michigan. Steve spent his first 23 years living the suburban life in his hometown. From break dancing to Michael Jackson while taking on piano and drums in the mid 80's to bobbin' his head to hip hop in the early 90's to rockin' out to Pearl Jam in the mid 90's with the guitar being his weapon of choice, a genre was still missing. In October 1998, he transplanted to Phoenix, Arizona where he was introduced to dance music at a rave thrown in an airport hanger in 1999. At the end of 2001 after a nice farewell to Arizona, Steve moved to New York City in April 2002 then to begin his career in Djing in March of 2003. Mostly spinning on his decks at home, he met resident DJ Nicolae of a popular NYC hang out, Sin Sin/Leopard Lounge. This was the beginning point as Bronz's debut began in September, 2003 spinning a high energy set for a packed house on his birthday. Ever since then he hasn't looked back. He has been aggressively booking gigs at popular night spots including Crobar, Avalon, Sullivan Room, BLVD, Sin Sin, Le Souk, Happy Valley, Keybar and the now closed popular night club Filter 14. As well as booking gigs in NYC, he's also taking on gigs in Phoenix, AZ and Miami Beach, FL taking full advantage of all the different styles he can throw at you at the drop of a dime. Playing along side the likes of Sander Kleinenberg, Nic Fanciulli, Steve Porter, Andrew Grant, David Hollands, Francis Harris, Justin Long, Jon Lemmon, Dean Coleman and Marc George, Bronzie has gained much more respect than he's expected and lays the vinyl smoothly to getcha movin' with his flow of relentless house beats-dirty funky chunky pounding bass electro style with acapellas to send your feet glidiing across the floor.....

For his collaboration with Gabriela Pereira of Fusion Clique Productions, he wants to reach new heights of music production and elements of djing influenced heavily by many such as Danny Tenaglia, Deep Dish, Sander Kleinenberg & Lee Burridge playing regularly at "Arc", a popular NYC nightclub on the weekends. By hearing the different sounds and mixing styles of these dj's, Steve has been able to take huge steps on the mixer by utilizing every single knob to the point that you feel it the most so you get your dance on!

DJ Connie Bio

Born and raised in Queens, New York City, Connie appeared in the house music scene four years ago and has become a familiar face in the NYC underground house scene. Connie has spun her eclectic mix of funky house, tech house, electro, acid, minimal and techno all over the world and alongside the most talented DJs, like Vincenzo, Jeff Bennett, Jesse Rose, Adultnapper, Martinez, Jay Tripwire, Jason Jinx, Chris Duckenfield (SWAG), Collette, DJ Ali, Sean Dimitrie, Nigel Richards, Mazi, the Hacker, and Darren Roach to name but a few. Currently, she spins regularly at NYC's top venues like Crobar, Pacha, Sullivan Room, and Le Souk to name a few. Connie has also spun outside of NYC, in San Francisco, Miami, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Vancouver, Ibiza, Buenos Aires and most recently, BARCELONA!!! In March, Connie won the Village Voice DJ Spinoff Contest and spun at the Winter Music Conference in Miami. She will be spinning in Brazil and possibly Argentina again at the end of 2006.

When she first became a part of New York's dance scene, Connie was shocked to see how few women were DJ-ing the many parties around town. Never one to settle, she has been teaching women to spin for over two years. To date, Connie has had 15 students. In addition, Connie is teaming up with Halcyon Record Store to foster and promote local female DJs via an event called "Ladies’ Night," which features a new female DJ spinning on-site every Thursday.

In February 2006, Connie was given her first remix assignment by entertainer and singer Von Von Von. The "House of Von (DJ Connie’s Jinxed Out Mix)" will be featured on a 12-track album coming out soon. In addition, Connie, with friends Elon and Justin R, founded Cement Recordings, their record label. Connie looks forward to producing original tracks in 2006.
