WMC 2010 Countdown: Kiki
Since 2001, Kiki has been an integral part of the Bpitch Control family growing into a truly international artist, sharing his love of energetic and hypnotic music across the globe. With an output that has been nothing short of prolific, Kiki has released a number of genre defining records both as himself and later with partner in crime Silversurfer. Kiki was the first artist asked to put together a mix for the now legendary Boogy Bytes series, and has been asked to provide remixes and productions for labels as diverse as Bugged Out, Playhouse and Crosstown Rebels where he had the honor of being the first artist released on the label. His debut album Run With Me was an international success, and led to the video for "Shake Off" being playlisted by MTV. More recently a collaboration with Sasse and his Moodmusic imprint led to the release of the excellent Grand Cru – a modern club classic already. However, as he has grown and matured, a yearning to explore deeper and more personal forms of expression in music, has led to Kiki working on the follow up to his debut album.

Well, I have never been there, but last year many people told me that my single "Good Voodoo" was played at almost every party, so I kind of were there in spirit!
What are your ideas for making the WMC a better conference
I will pack my record bag with the best new music I can find!
Artists you’re looking forward to checking out in Miami
So many! Everyone at our party in Nocturnal! Also the whole Crosstown Rebels posse, who I haven´t seen for quite a while now, at their party in Electric Pickle. Especially interested to see Deniz Kurtel live. And, my old production partner Siopis, who plays on his birthday for Get Physical!
The best way to cure a Miami hangover
The sun will do the trick! And a swim!
Best clubbing moment of 2010 so far
Playing at the re-opening of Panorama Bar in Berlin with the new soundsystem!
What’s in store for 2010
A new single on Bpitch Control, which I will be playing for the first time in Miami. I have also been working in the studio with Anja Schneider on her upcoming releases + there are a few surprise collaborations coming up!
