To the frustration of cops and prosecutors, four sex suspects are going free in the coming days -- because the women they're accused of attacking have emotional or drug issues too severe for them to testify credibly.
The lucky alleged fiends include the three 18-year-olds nabbed after their alleged prey ran hysterical and shirtless out of Central Park on Sunday.
Two law-enforcement sources said prosecutors will not seek indictments against the three -- Robert Gonzales, Shawn Martinez and Kevin Dalrymple.
The fourth sex-attack suspect, Taurean Williams, 25 -- who allegedly lured two vulnerable women to a West 153rd Street rooftop -- will likely go free by month's end after his expected June 23 guilty plea to a reduced charge of coercion.
None of the four will have to register as a sex offender.
"You want to put these kind of people away, but sometimes you can't make a case," said one law-enforcement source. "You can't go in front of a jury with these victims and get a conviction."
The victim in the Central Park case was a homeless woman who agreed to enter the park and smoke pot with the suspects, sources said.
Investigators say Williams preys on women who are mentally or emotionally vulnerable, luring them to the roof for consensual sex and then humiliating them.
